A client once said, “Oh, My Johnny!” while feeling the burn during an exercise class. What started as a play on words during a challenging workout many moons prior soon after became a brand: OMJ! Today, OMJ FITNESS stands for Online Method Journey, an inclusive, innovative, inspiring boutique fitness studio at Yonge and Eglinton in Midtown, Toronto. Home to one of the busiest intersections in all of Canada, OMJ FITNESS welcomes EVERYbody and is an exceptionally safe space for the LGBTQ+ community.

 

Our in-studio group exercise classes at OMJ FITNESS are also available live stream and on-demand, so you can tune in to enjoy our sessions from the comfort of your home or while away on vacation or a work trip. (Online.) Our approach to health and wellness follows a 3-2-1 format, where we aim to complete three Cardio Classes, two Strength Sessions and one Wellness Workout each week during team challenges to initiate change and growth. All in-studio group exercise fitness classes offered at OMJ FITNESS are live-streamed virtually and are available on demand for seven days after.

Our virtual platform delivers unique, high-quality exercise video content to wherever you are in the world—so tune in from the comfort of your home, during a work trip, or even while away on vacation!
