A client once said, “Oh My Johnny!” while feeling the burn during an exercise class. What started as a play on words during a tough workout became a brand: OMJ! Today, OMJ FITNESS stands for Online Method Journey, an innovative fitness movement representative of community and inclusivity.

 

At OMJ FITNESS, our classes are available livestream and on-demand. Our approach to health and wellness follows a 3-2-1 format: three Cardio Classes, two Strength Sessions and one Wellness Workout each week to initiate change and growth. Our OMJ FITNESS family is also here to support your fitness journey and ensure that is a safe, fun experience for you.
