B.T.W.—Johnny was first inspired to create this class in 2015 after training with one of Madonna’s personal trainers, Nicole Winhoffer, in New York City. He would frequent the Big Apple between 2014 and 2018 to learn from her and other celebrity trainers and fuel his drive to teach motivational fitness to serve his clients better. After creating this class, Johnny first termed himself a ‘Fitness Artist,’ which then led him to launch OMJ FITNESS in 2019.

Recharge Yoga is our steadily-paced yoga class inspired by Vinyasa and Ashtanga’s structures. Here, we typically travel through poses to build mobility and strength, focusing on toning abdominals, arms, and the ass.
