Want individualized attention on your fitness journey? Our Personal Training Packs allow you the flexibility to pick and choose which options are best for your health and wellness goals. Invest in solo sessions or share the cost of a Personal Trainer by bringing along a friend or two. To book your private training or small group session, purchase a 1-on-1, 2-on-1, or 3-on-1 Personal Training package below.

PERSONAL TRAINING INFO

Our Personal Training sessions at OMJ FITNESS are 60 minutes in length.

 

During your first session with one of our qualified Personal Trainers, we discuss your health and wellness goals, create an actionable workout plan for your specific aspirations, note any injuries you may have, and identify your fitness level through our assessment. After these foundational steps, our Personal Trainer will lead you through a safe, fun exercise routine to maximize your effort and effectiveness.

 

In follow-up sessions, you can look forward to check-ins, guided homework, and detailed workout plans to continue progress on your own. For those wanting to improve their technique, our Personal Trainers will encourage you to join our group exercise classes once your form is consistent.

 

All OMJ FITNESS Trainers have various fitness backgrounds and extensive experience working in the health and wellness industry. Our Trainers are certified in Personal Training and First Aid and have expertise in the following modalities: Barre, Boot Camp, Bosu, Breath, Chair, Dance, HIIT, Meditation, Stretch, TRX, Weight Training, Yoga–and more!

 

Our exceptional Personal Trainers will support you and keep you inspired to work towards your fitness goals.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

You must book your Personal Training session(s) in advance.

 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled Personal Training session. Personal Training sessions start and end at the scheduled time.

 

For Barre or Wellness Workouts, attire is grippy socks or bare feet and indoor running shoes for all Cardio Classes and Strength Sessions. You will not be allowed to participate in any of our in-studio activities with outdoor footwear. No exceptions.

 

If you need to cancel a Personal Training session, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. If you cancel your booking within the 24 hour window prior to the session start time, a credit will be taken off of your package. No-shows also count as a late cancellation. No exceptions.

*Note: As with all sessions offered at OMJ FITNESS, if you have any significant health condition(s) or are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before booking class(es) to ensure that working out is safe enough for you to do so. Please inform your Personal Trainer of any medical condition(s) that may impact your workout before the start of your session.

 

As per our General Terms and Conditions and General Terms of Use policies, as well as our Fitness and Health Liability Waiver, we will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries while exercising online or in our studio. In accordance with current public health guidelines, masks are optional.

PRIVATE CLASSES
