Breath Reset is an introductory-level breath and meditation class to help rinse your body from the inside out. Using the power of breathing patterns, learn how oxygen can allow you to receive more energy, be more present, and calm your stressful thoughts. Breath Reset will also help you activate release and rest, enhance your mood, and improve overall well-being.

Meditation + Release is an introductory-level meditation class to help you discharge emotionally and rebalance your centre. Using the power of breathing patterns, learn how oxygen can allow you to receive more energy, be more present, and calm your stressful thoughts. Meditation + Release will also help restore you from inward, clear stuck energy out of the body, and therapeutically bring you back to harmony.

Power Yoga Flow builds mental and physical strength as you travel through a series of yoga poses, turning one breath into one movement. It is typically an athletic, physical workout, as the vinyasas help build the brain-body connection and encourage us to focus on the current moment. Power Yoga Flow includes a meditation element to help you activate release and rest, enhance your mood, and improve your overall well-being.

Recharge + Surrender Yoga

Long + Strong

Recharge + Surrender Yoga is a Yin-based yoga class where slow, meditative-based movements mindfully stress the body, designed to be held for three to five minutes. These poses bring awareness to your nervous system’s healing capabilities and lengthen your connective tissues, encouraging the phrase ‘mind-over-matter, while building mobility and flexibility.

Groove, move and sweat out all inhibitions on the dance floor. Together, we bop to a range of choreography, followed by bodyweight and core conditioning exercises, finishing with a deep stretch. This progressive cardiovascular training will help improve your endurance and stamina.

Pilates-based movement is the foundation of this class, with repeated lunges to target your balance and warm up the hips setting the pace for an active start to this workout. Powerful ranges of motion mixed with yoga-inspired transitions increase your agility and improve your range of motion, followed by dance-based lengthening stretches to facilitate ease of joints, ligaments, muscles, and tissues.

Pillar + Open Gym

Every ‘Fitness Friday,’ we focus on form and spend the first 15 minutes of class working through a weekly exercise technique to build strong foundations. After this guided breakdown, you are free to follow our suggested workout plan or create your own using any of our equipment with supervision from one of our OMJ Instructors.
