OMJ FITNESS group exercise classes and training sessions are held upstairs at 2295 Yonge Street, Suite 2, near the northeast corner of Yonge and Eglinton.

 

OMJ FITNESS is steps away from the TTC (Eglinton station on the 1 Yonge line). Green P Parking is available on Roehampton Avenue, north of our studio.

OFFERINGS

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

OMJ FITNESS welcomes EVERYbody and has inclusive workouts for all ages, body types, genders and sexualities. Our classes are 50 minutes and are suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available.

SCHEDULE

Our group exercise schedule offers 33 classes per week.

 

Book a class in advance to reserve your spot. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and drop-ins are available; however, there is no guarantee that you will get a place. Please view our complete Class Schedule to secure your spot now.

Cardio, Strength and Wellness categorize all group exercise classes at OMJ FITNESS. These categories are colour-coded for easy navigation to help you decide which type of workout you want and when at our fitness studio, per your fitness goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training at OMJ FITNESS allows you to have time and space to enjoy a customized workout program with accountability to improve your overall health and wellness. We will encourage, motivate and support you to achieve your fitness goals, assist you in safe injury recovery, prepare you for athletic performance and even help you overcome any exercise barriers.
