OMJ FITNESS is a boutique fitness studio located at the heart of Yonge + Eglinton in Midtown Toronto. Our bright, inclusive fitness studio offers exceptional personal training and group exercise classes with expert instruction, energetic vibes and fierce playlists.
With 10-foot high ceilings, huge windows overlooking Yonge Street, 8-foot high mirrors, an Isawall™ smart wall workout system offering customizable ballet barre (the only one in Toronto, btw), over 180 Nanoleaf LED lights that move to the music and flooring with a cork foam underlay for ease on your joints–this truly is a magical sanctuary guaranteed to inspire.
Owner Johnny Simeonakis has worked as a fitness professional for over a decade. He was instrumental in introducing several well-known brands to the Yonge + Eglinton neighbourhood and helped build their successes, too. He soon recognized the importance of offering people accountability and connectivity through movement and was then driven to create a strong community at OMJ FITNESS. With a keen eye for detail and design, Johnny’s vision is a unique fitness space where everybody is welcome–one that celebrates diversity and living your best life.
OMJ FITNESS is proud to be a safe space for all ages, fitness levels, and sizes, particularly for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. As there are many facets to health and wellness, we offer cardio, strength and wellness classes with a constant emphasis on proper form, safety and technique, and focus on giving lots of personalized attention with impeccable customer service. We’ll help you get started on your fitness journey, and encourage, motivate, and support you every step of the way!
