What should I wear to class?

Come prepared for class with the right gear and footwear! For all our Barre and Wellness classes, be best prepared with grip socks or feel the freedom of bare feet. Cardio and Strength? Lace up those indoor running shoes and get ready to move! Remember, outdoor footwear is a no-go in our studio–let’s please keep it clean and tidy! No exceptions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Have you got a change of plans? No worries! You can cancel a class up to six hours before your class starts. Our policy allows everyone to book a spot and keep the energy high in every workout. Late cancellations result in losing a class from your Pack or a charge of $15 on your Pass. No exceptions.

Are there changing rooms?

Yes, we’ve got you covered! Our studio provides three comfy changing rooms open to all genders. They’re the perfect spot to switch from day to workout-wear in no time.

What amenities are onsite?

Our amenities include two washrooms and a private shower room with a blow dryer. We have All Gender + Men’s and Women’s bathrooms. We even provide you with a range of essential toiletries to keep you feeling fresh before and after your workout. The little things make a big difference!
